Kanthimathi and I were chatting today about technology for middle school science and math and I shared with her these two great sites. So, I thought I would just share them on here too.
Engineering Interact
Go on electricity spy missions, explore the solar system, teach students about light, sound and physics in a very fun way. This would be great for a small group SmartBoard lesson, or pair students up on laptops. The site is designed for kids 9-11 years old, but even you will have fun completing these missions.
Games on Multiplication.com
If your students are practicing multiplication, give them a treat and show them this site. It has a bunch of multiplication games that are very cartoonish and fun.
