Let us congratulate ourselves for a great year!
Important “Technology To-do” List for Teachers
- If you are excited about your new BYOT device, don’t forget to return the School laptop to IT
- The other technology equipments such as projector, projector remote, printer can remain in the classrooms. Even if you are moving to another room, the IT department will take care of shifting those/providing another one to you in the new room.
- As all of us on BYOT program next year, you will be handing over the school device to IT department on the last day of school. I know you have a lot of files stored in the local drive. Kindly transfer them all to Google Drive or copy it to a pen drive/hard drive or write the files on CD/DVD. The best choice will be to transfer the files either to Google Drive or Dropbox or any other cloud storage that you are using.
- Moodle Rollover: I am in the process of rolling over/creating new Moodle pages as requested by you. As soon as the pages are created/rolled over, I will share the links with you. Kindly let me know if you need any changes to be made.
- Teachers that are leaving, kindly transfer all the common files into shared folders
